Diagnose
The work began by examining how Matrixx described its services, methodology and value across existing communication touchpoints. This revealed a gap between the depth of the consultancy’s expertise and the clarity of its market-facing communication. Matrixx had strong delivery capability, but the offer needed to be organised into a clearer structure: what each service was, why it mattered, how it worked and what benefits it created. This stage involved working closely with leadership to unpack the thinking behind the business: the delivery approach, client pain points, service logic, workshop concepts and outcomes Matrixx wanted to be known for.The core issue was not that Matrixx lacked value. It was that the value needed to be made easier to recognise, explain and trust.
Define
The next stage focused on turning Matrixx’s expertise into a clearer service and communication system. Adrianna worked with Roger and the wider team to help define service concepts, clarify methodology and shape messaging around the company’s core areas of work. This included developing clearer structures for services such as M&A transitions, operational excellence, tailored solutions and culture-focused workshops. Each service needed a practical communication logic: what it was, who it helped, why it mattered, how Matrixx delivered it and what business benefit it created. This helped move the brand away from general consultancy language and toward a more specific proposition: Matrixx as a delivery-focused consultancy helping organisations manage complexity, embed change and achieve better business outcomes.
Embed
The final stage focused on turning the strategy into assets the business could actually use. Adrianna developed and refined website content, service pages, one-pagers, LinkedIn content, marketing messaging and communication materials that made the offer easier to present across different contexts. The work also supported the development of campaign and workshop communication, including gamified culture workshop concepts designed to help teams understand, engage with and embed change more effectively. Rather than treating brand as a visual layer, the work embedded the positioning into Matrixx’s service communication, business development tools and digital presence.
