I find meaning in patterns - in how people behave, how ideas spread, and how brands earn trust. I bring structure to stories, and clarity to complexity. What drives me most is helping organisations articulate who they really are - and making sure every signal they send feels as intentional as their strategy.
my Backstory

From Style to Strategy

Born in Poland, based in the UK, currently working remotely across time zones (and coffee shops).

I started my career in fashion - drawn to aesthetics, storytelling, and the emotional power of design. That creative foundation shaped my early education and still influences how I think visually.

Over time, I became increasingly fascinated by what drives people: behaviour, perception, psychology, and how meaning is made.That shift led me deeper into brand and communication strategy - where creativity meets structure, and where the “why” matters just as much as the “what.”

Beyond the Work

Outside of brand decks and workshops, I’m introspective by nature - curious about people, patterns, and what shapes behaviour. I value emotional intelligence as much as strategic logic, and that shows up in how I listen, question, and build trust with the teams and clients I work with.

I’m most energised when there’s space for honest conversation, strong coffee, and some kind of meaningful “why” at the heart of it all.

Every decision I make is grounded in human insight. I believe branding isn’t just about visibility - it’s about resonance. That’s why I dig deep into what people need, believe, and respond to - before a single asset is created.
Clarity Beats Cleverness
I believe clarity is the most underrated competitive advantage. My goal is to remove noise - and replace it with meaning. Good strategy doesn’t just sound smart. It feels right.
Psychology Drives Connection
Understanding how people make decisions - consciously and subconsciously - is central to how I work. I use behavioural insight, emotional intelligence, and empathy to create messaging and experiences that not only inform, but move.
Experience matters
From a website interaction to a CEO’s LinkedIn post, every touchpoint shapes perception. I think in systems - making sure every expression of the brand aligns with the strategy behind it and creates a consistent, credible experience.
Design without strategy is decoration
Every creative execution begins with intention. Strategy is the foundation that gives creative work direction, meaning, and measurable impact. Without it, even the most beautiful ideas risk falling flat.
